Terms:

• Pease make sure your contact information is up to date on file. We want to ensure you receive all the important notifications, including same-day updates.

• Please review your contact information listed on your Vagaro profile, to ensure we are able to communicate with you in event where there are changes to your appointment. A cell phone number must be on file for all clients.

• Clients under 17, must bring a responsible adult with you to your appointment. And, to avoid any no-show fees, make sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance through your Vagaro account.

• No excess persons allowed, only service customers allowed at appointment location.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• You may reschedule and/or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time with a full refund. Once outside of this timeframe, you forfeit any deposits paid and you will be required to book a new appointment online.

• ​We do allow a 15 minutes late grace period for all appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled as a No-Show.

• A no-show fee of $20 will be charged for repeat offenders.

• No-Show appointments forfeit any monies paid towards services and will be charged a no-show fee. Fee my vary.

• Same day cancellations forfeit any monies paid towards services and will be charged a same day cancellation fee. Fee my vary.
