Terms:

• Please make sure your contact information is up to date on file. We want to ensure you receive all the important notifications, including same-day updates.

• Payment method must be present at time of service. No images of payment methods will be accepted.

• Clients under 17, must bring a responsible adult with them to their appointment.

• No excess persons allowed, only service customers allowed at appointment location.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• You may reschedule and/or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time with a full refund. Once outside of this timeframe, you forfeit any deposits paid and you will be required to book a new appointment online.

• ​We do allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled as a No-Show.

• A no-show fee of $20 will be charged for repeat offenders. And appointments will not be confirmed until balance is cleared.

• No-Show appointments forfeit any monies paid towards services.

• Same day cancellations forfeit any monies paid towards services and may be charged a same day cancellation fee.
