Terms:

• Keep an eye out for texts/email alerts sent to the phone number and email address on file, that notify you of changes, updates, appointment availability and when we are ready to begin your services. 

• Please review your contact information listed on your Vagaro profile, to ensure we are able to communicate with you in event where there are changes to your appointment. A cell phone number must be on file for all clients.

• Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult during their appointments.

• No excess persons allowed, only service customers allowed at appointment location.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• You may reschedule and/or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time with a full refund. Once outside of this timeframe, you forfeit any deposits paid and you will be required to book a new appointment online.

• ​We do allow a 15 minutes late grace period for all appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled as a No-Show.

• A no-show fee of $20 will be charged for repeat offenders.

• Same day cancellations forfeit any monies paid towards services.

• A same day cancellation fee of $20 will also be charged charged for repeat offenders.
